Our Services
We invest in what we believe to be underfollowed high-yielding equity and preferred securities on behalf of our clients. Assets are held within SMAs, or separately managed accounts, meaning clients have full transparency into what they own and can review what they are exposed to at all times.
For institutions or individuals with limited investment options and are aiming to earn a sufficient return on their cash, Pendulum can invest in short-term treasuries and other money market instruments on their behalf.
Our Founder
Eric Kruglak
Pendulum Asset Management, LLC was founded by Eric Kruglak in 2023.
Prior to founding Pendulum, Eric was a trader at Shoals Capital, a Virginia-based hedge fund that was managing over $250mm in assets across equities and fixed income. Previous to that, Eric was at a variety of investment shops, including ALM First, a $20bn+ AUM investment management firm where Eric was investing in securitized products (primarily mortgage-backed securities) for Credit Union portfolios.
Earlier, Eric was with Citigroup’s Securitized Products division, focusing on a variety of fixed income products including residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Eric graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a B.S in finance and management.
